Upgrade to version 5.4.3 ... this will give you an option to see if "FILE EXIST" instead of Created or Modified.

The -1 is saying that the value '[A-Z]' isn't found to determine a lastPositionOf.

Yes, 8000 or 8001 will work the same way... only difference is SSL Security on 8001

This is handled by the GACmd Client when calling GAMFT from the external Server (Java, C#, CLP, RPG, S4, Control M, etc...)
The API call has a "Server" parameter. You put both servers in the parameter and if it can't connect to the first, it connects to the second.

As far as I know .. this hasn't been discussed. But, that doesn't mean you can't contact our Support group and request a product enhancement form, fill it out and request it be added. This is what keeps making our product better ... these types of requests.
