Call PL/SQL stored procedure in SQL Query Element?

Does anyone know if it is possible to call a PL/SQL stored procedure with an OUT refcursor parameter in the GA Director SQL Query Element? If not, is there any way to call a PL/SQL stored procedure to mimic the Rowset returned by a simple SELECT statement?
