Q.

GoAnywhere was installed successfully. Now when we start GoAnywhere (GOANYWHERE/STRGA) we receive an error:

Value specified for USER parameter not correct.
Error found on CHGJOBD command.

There are certain user profiles that you cannot use to start the GoAnywhere subsystem.

These are 'QSECOFR', ‘QSPL', 'QDOC', 'QDBSHR', 'QRJE', 'QSYS', 'QLPAUTO', 'QLPINSTALL', 'QTSTRQS' Or 'QDFTOWN'

Please try a different User Profile when running the STRGA command
We suggest that you use the QPGMR user profile. This is only a suggestion, not a requirement.
