I have a project set up with only one step. To check an email folder and copy the attachments into a directory. It looks like the files are being saved in the directory but the project job stays in execution mode. It never finishes. I've set debug on in the log but I don't see any error messages as to why this would happen.
Is there a separate step I have to do the tell the email task to end?

Hello tammyr,

No separate step is required to 'end' an Retrieve Email task. Please provide us your project details as well as details on your email server so we can assist you further.

Thanks - Jon

It looks like this may be a file size issue? I'm noticing if I have small file attachments they save OK and the project completes but if I have a 15 MB attachment the job stays active for hours until I cancel it.

Is there a file size limitation?

There should be no limitations on how large the file size is.

I will have our 5 star support team reach out to you so that we can take a more detailed look at your project and assist you further.

OK. I think I see the problem. The project job is not hanging. It looks like the file attachment is just taking a long time saving to a network share. I can see the byte count increasing but very slowly.

I need to talk to my sys admins to see why this would be so slow.
