Error 425 on FTPS connection

Hello,
I need some assistance in configure a FTPS connection (Passive Mode, Explicit SSL, TLS) to one of our partners. The connection always terminates with error 425 “Unable to build data connection: The operation is not allowed”.
Using active mode terminates with error 500 “Illegal PORT command”.
Some research on Google did get me to a solution that requires the client to activate “Reuse SSL Session”. Is there any chance to enable this option in GoAnywhere Director?
