Error Decrypting Files

I recently installed OpenPGP Studio, created a key pair, exported public key, provided to trading partner, trading partner supplied their public key, I imported the key. I received an encrypted file. I went through the process to decrypt it (identify the output directory, etc.). Next screen had me enter the passphrase and it successfully decrypted the file.
Today, I performed the same process on the same encrypted file. However, the screen that asks for my passphrase during decryption process never appeared and went directly to the decrypt and verify results page showing that the file did not decrypt. The error shown is: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 214. The ending number changes for each file.
I need help since I'm not sure what happened differently between yesterday and today on the same file other than the screen asking for the passphrase did not appear.
