This error may present when a SQL resource is utilized in a project and that project has an override on the SQL task.

GoAnywhere now requires encryption on the passwords. Legacy connections may not have been encrypted, but as soon as the resource has any modifications done to it, even though it was not the password, GoAnywhere will modify that resource to encrypt it. This normally does not cause a problem except when a workflow projects has the database task with an override on the project level trying to use a user.

To resolve this just utilize the resource connection directly and do not use an override user on the project SQL task level.
