ERROR: Some user profiles are not allowed with this command

When starting the GoAnywhere subsystem on the iSeries, we receive the error message: ERROR: Some user profiles are not allowed with this command. Press F1 for more information.
A.
There are certain user profiles that you cannot use to start the GoAnywhere subsystem.
These are 'QSECOFR', ‘QSPL', 'QDOC', 'QDBSHR', 'QRJE', 'QSYS', 'QLPAUTO', 'QLPINSTALL', 'QTSTRQS' Or 'QDFTOWN'
You will need to be signed on with a User Profile other than one of these when running the STRGA command.
Some of our customers have set up a generic user profile (with appropriate authority) to start the GoAnywhere subsystem. The following is an example of how to start the GoAnywhere subsystem with the profile GoAnyWho.
GOANYWHERE/STRGA SRVUSRPRF(GOANYWHO)
