Folder Permissions

Hi all;

I have a situation where I need to provide about 1500 users with upload only to a single folder. I've created a group for this with restricted folder permissions and this works. What doesn't work is the fact that anyone can perform a Send to on the folder, which creates links to all files contained therein.

What am I missing?
