I want to send a txt file by ftp put to iseries , but I get characters Ñ as # as I fix it?

This is controlled by the CCSID of the file you're placing the data into. If you can't change the CCSID of the file, you'll have to transfer the file to the IFS, then do a import to the PF with a new CCSID that allows the special characters you're looking to include with the import.
