Question:
How can a GoAnywhere Web User view their past activity within the web client?

Answer:
When the Web User is logged to the GoAnywhere Web Client they can select the Activity Report button on the top of their dashboard. They have the options of searching Date Range, Protocol, and Status.

For the Web User to have access to this information the GoAnywhere Admin must enable the "View Activity Report" feature when creating or modifying a Web User. The "View Activity Report" feature can also be set within the Web User Groups. A GoAnywhere Admin with the Web User Manager Role can control how long this information is kept via the Audit Logs setting, 90 days being the default. This will be how long the user will be able to search and view their report.

For additional information on “View Activity Report” please reference the User Guide or select the Help link in the upper right corner of the Web User page. This will open the Help Screen pop up which can be searched for "Activity Report".
