Internet Browser Compatibility
The GoAnywhere Services Administrator and Web Client require modern internet browsers that support HTML 5. Some HTML 5 exclusive features, such as drag and drop file uploads and column ordering, will not work in older browsers that do not have support for HTML 5.
GoAnywhere Services Version 4.0.0 and Internet Explorer
Previous versions of GoAnywhere Services required users to access the GoAnywhere Administrator and Web Client using the Compatibility View mode in Microsoft Internet Explorer. GoAnywhere Services version 4.0.0 enhanced the entire user interface to HTML 5, the Compatibility View Mode is no longer required and must be disabled.
