hey,

im creating a project where an incoming mail attachment is processed and moved to a network share. I managed to create a nice project that does just this.

the question regards the processed mail. now, without manual action the mail stays in the inbox and is of course processed again (with a new mail an attachment) when the schedule starts.

How can I process the actual mail, maybe move it to another folder or something like that if the project only checks the inbox for the attachment?

Only process mails that are only x days old? date stamp variable or something like that?

Do I make a schedule for this whole project or can I make a monitor or similar for the incoming mails?

thanks!

Eero,

On the Advanced Tab, there is an option to Delete the Email. This marks the email on the Server as being Deleted. On subsequent checks (project runs) these emails are ignored and treated as "Already read" so that they are not picked up and processed again.
