Is there a way to setup a monitoring of all resources available in GoAnywhere Director please?

I'm not sure what you mean by "monitoring all resources"...
If you mean can you create a project that will connect to each on a periodic basis to "verify" you can still connect, absolutely.
You could even setup a Monitor to connect to (s)FTP(s) resources looking for a file that will never exist and email you when it can't connect calling the test Project.
Hopefully this is what you mean.
