OpenPGP Studio Erro Dialog Box on Startup

Hello,

We have networked desktops that are locked down with users not having local admin or poweruser access

After installation of OpenPGP Studio - running the program with local admin rights works ok.

But user with no admin rights/power user rights get a the attached errors on program start up.

Any ideas on what rights (file/folder/Java) are required to allow program to run under a restricted setting?
