Hi,

I was trying to do a decryption by adding PGP Decrypt task calling the PGP ring and adding the Passphrase. Upon executing the test I got the below error log:

3/23/16 5:56:21 AM INFO Executing task 'pgpDecrypt 1.0'
3/23/16 5:56:21 AM INFO Finished task 'pgpDecrypt 1.0'
3/23/16 5:56:21 AM ERROR [8098 - PGP Decrypt] invalid header encountered
3/23/16 5:56:21 AM INFO Routing the control to the module 'Error Notification'

Couple of questions:

What does "Invalid Header encountered" means? Also, I'm thinking if I got the correct passphrase - how do we get this from the key?

I'm not seeing you listed as active support for your company. Please notify [email protected] to get added to your company account so that we can associate questions and cases to you.

Not seeing the full stack trace of the error, I can't give a specific answer, but usually this does involved invalid passphrase and/or information in the Key Header.
