Referencing a column by name

I am performing a Search & Replace on a txt file, searching for a string and replacing it with the value from a column in an excel file. How do I reference the column by name instead of position?

Try looking into the "ModifyRowset" task. This is more along the lines of what you're looking for. There was a Tips & Tricks sent out about this not too long ago...
