Remote execution of an MFT project

Post by dhuesman »

Over the years, we've had the MFT project switch hands/teams who support projects defined. We seem to have some processes which are occasionally called/executed but we cannot find from where or who. These projects are not buried in the scheduler and we can see their job logs but they don't indicate from where/who they're executed (unfortunately they're not done in such a way like a using a unique user credential may help with ). Is there anything buried within the product which may help discover this? I could simply rename the project and see who squacks but that may not be a good idea...

Dan,

The only thing that is recorded is where/who the project started. Ie, UserID or *Monitor or *Scheduler. (The latter being from internal Monitor and Scheduler)

At this time .. I don't know of anything that would identify the external calling source.
