Yes, you can save the contents of the Message of an Email into a file.

In the "retrieveEmail" task, there's an option to "Save Message Body". Setting this to "True" allows you to save the email message into a file on your system.

what I want is to save the body content in plain txt format, without tags HTML.

joseal,

The email body is what is saved. If it's HTML, it is saved as HTML. If it's plain text, it is saved as plain text. We do not convert HTML to Plain Text on the save of email message body.
