I have been running a project from the input of a secure form that was working well. One day it started to fail with Internal server error. Please contact the server administrator..

After looking at the logs, I see that the following with no information on what the issue is. I can login to as an admin user, log in as a web user, checked the user has the web form, but am at a loss for what login and password the secure form is trying to use. I even disabled the project modules one at a time to see if its failing on a particular task, but it doesn't even get that far. Any suggestions?

Take a look at the Forms Manager. On the second tab, a project is being referenced.
(Services -> Secure Forms -> edit form)
Check the password for the GoAnywhere admin user that is running the project.
