Self Registration not visible in Web Client

Self Registration Link is not visible in the web client, even though self registration and register-link on login page are both enabled on the web user self registration screen.
When using the following URL in the browser: https://servername:9001 (as described in the user guide) you do NOT get (see) the self registration option. When using the URL without the prot number, you get the self registration option.

The Self-Registration can be enabled or disabled from the Web-User Self-Registration page itself, as seen here:
