Hi all,
We have a process that gets a couple of files and compressed them into a '.tar' file.
This process is taking the file name from the files, which is quite long (around 100 characters) and we are getting this error message when running it:
'[8098 - Tar] Compressed name of file is too long for tar header.'
Any idea what the size of the character limit is? Can it be altered in Linoma GA in order to accept longer file names?
Thanks in advance!

Iker_G,
This is a known limitation of the API.
You could submit an Enhancement Request to help boost this as a modification for a future release. If you would like to do this.. please send and email to [email protected] requesting an Enhancement Request form. Fill it out and return to same email address.

Also, could you please send me the link to the docs showing the known limits as well as other different limitations? So We can avoid them in future.
Thanks in advance!
Iker
