I have a real live production file that decrypts on the IBM mainframe using the Private key.
Additionally, this same file will decrypt using GPG software without prompting for passphrase (of which there is none). However Go AnyWhere PGP software will not Decrypt and says "Unknown Signer" when there is none.
How do I get this product to Avoid "Verify" as that feature is preventing decryption when other products will omit it . This product is stuck in the "Verify" move and will not get past it. Help!

If the keypair you are using was created outside of OpenPGP Studio, please make sure that both keys are inside your KeyStore, and they they are successfully loaded, If the keypair does not load properly, make sure it's a valid key type.

If you are using keys created in the OpenPGP Key Manager, then check with your TP and make sure they are using the correct Public Key from your key pair.

The key pair was not created with GoAnywhere, howeer the key pair works with GPG software.
I would prefer to use PGP Go AnyWhere, but cannot get past the "Verify" . Triple checked and re-created the public and privake keyring with the correct key (.asc fles) and it still will not get past "Veify" when there is no passphrase assigned. How can I stop the "Verify" step a it is blocking any progress. It is "assuming tha all pgp pairs have a phrase, and that is not so.

I took this question back to the Developers and found out that at this time .. we do not have an option to decrypt without a passphrase.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
