Hi,
I have added a couple of users which can login via the sftp command (with password or key). They cannot login via the web GUI. Only the administrator user can login via web. The error message in the log file is:
Login for user 'user1' failed for the following reason: Invalid user name
com.linoma.dpa.security.FailedLoginException: Invalid user name
Do you have any hints?
Thank you,
Peter

Peter,
Make sure you are connecting utilizing the WEB USER account, not the ADMIN account.
Make sure the Web User ID has permissions to use the SECURE FOLDERS feature.
Make sure that the Web User ID has permissions to Upload/Download from the Secure Folders.
When you sign on via the Web User Panel, it should give you access to the Folders, just like through SFTP.
