Good morning,
I'm having trouble getting and directory monitor to take another "snapshot" of the directory. I've tried to disabling and re-enabling the monitor but it seems to only take a snapshot every once in a while. Is there a specific way I can get the monitor to take a new snapshot of the directory?
Thanks!

Re: Directory Snapshots
JLee ...
What is the actual issue here? The Monitor will take snapshots based on the scheduler you define for that snapshot (ie, every 15 minutes, etc).
If the issue is that it doesn't seem to be picking up a file you have defined in the File Pattern field, then ... pull the file out of the folder, allow the schedule to go through it's snapshot (ie, take a snapshot of the folder without the file in it) then put the file back into the folder.
Keep in mind, the Monitor does not fire if the file is already in the folder when it starts up. It must have a "baseline" to compare with before it will fire. If the file already exists in the folder, it's considered part of the "baseline" and waits until another file shows up matching the File Pattern.
Let me know if this helps...
