License Issue-Base Task

Question:
We are unable to run projects due to the following error:
[2003 - Runtime] The current license does not allow you to access the feature 'Base Tasks'. Please contact Fortra to request a license for this feature.
Answer:
This error is due to a Licensing issue. First you should double check the Help > License page via the GoAnywhere Admin Gui to verify the license has not expired. If the license is still valid, you can try to click refresh on the license. If that does not work you will need to reach out to our licensing team via [email protected] to get the 'Base Tasks' feature added to the license.
