Immutable Variable Error

Overview
I am seeing the following error in my job log - An attempt was made to change the value of an immutable system variable 'system.job.log'. What does this error mean?
Environment
GoAnywhere MFT - all versions
Resolution/Implementation
Within GoAnywhere, immutable variables are the "system variables" and "folder variables" available or defined within the application. System variables cannot be changed upon creation and once defined, folder variables cannot be actively modified within a project. Thus, you will receive this error when you try to update the value of one of MFT's immutable variables.
