Dear Valued Customers,

We want to update you on the current status of our community forum. At this time, the forum is in read-only mode, meaning that while you can browse the existing knowledge articles, new posts and access to other areas are temporarily disabled. Existing users should be able to reset their passwords to login and view existing content but if you do not receive an email our support teams aren't able to offer assistance with this process at this time (do check your spam folder though).

We understand how important this space is for sharing insights, sharing best practices, and engaging with fellow users, we've heard the requests and comments asking for this space to be brought back for all. Rest assured, we are actively working behind the scenes to bring the forum back into full operation. Our goal is to tidy & update existing content and restore full access as soon as possible, also allowing new users to once again register for access.

We appreciate your patience and support during this process and will share further updates as soon as they become available.

Thank you for being part of our community—we look forward to reconnecting soon!

Best regards,
Steve.

Quick update on the forum.

We've corrected an issue that was causing some users to not receive emails, this was impacting some new user registration or password reset emails so if you experienced this issue then please retry the password reset process, at the same time we've also updated the email address that the forum sends from.

Registration is open again for the forum, while we're not fully operational you can still post and we'll approve these (there may be a little wait between posting and your post being approved), our forum moderators might also reply when possible.

The number of forums has also been refreshed and old content has been removed, this should make it much easier to identify where to post regarding each product.

Thanks,
Steve.
