where is this in the database?

DPA_MONITOR table in the database doesn't contain the Login As information you enter when setting up a monitor, so where is this actually stored? Why is it separate? DPA_SCHEDULE contains all relevant information to schedules, as do most other tables, they contain the relevant associated data.
