License Issue-Base Task

Question:
We are unable to run projects due to the following error:
[2003 - Runtime] The current license does not allow you to access the feature 'Base Tasks'. Please contact Linoma Software to request a license for this feature.
Answer:
This is a known issue in version 5.0.1 of GoAnywhere MFT. We recommend that you upgrade to the latest version as a permanent solution. If a temporary fix is required you can deactivate and then activate your license to remove the error. Below is the link for the customer portal:
